Children's Fever: When to Worry and What to Do

Most childhood fevers are caused by minor infections and resolve on their own. Keep your child hydrated, dress them lightly, and use paracetamol suspension at the correct weight-based dose. Seek medical care if the fever is very high, persistent, or accompanied by a stiff neck, rash, difficulty breathing, or unusual drowsiness.
