How do I order prescription medicines?+
Upload your prescription on the Submit Prescription page. A licensed pharmacist reviews it before your order is dispensed for your safety.
Are your medicines genuine?+
Yes. All medicines are sourced through licensed distributors with traceable supply and stored to Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB) standards.
How long does delivery take?+
Same-day within Kitengela and the Nairobi metro for in-stock items ordered before cut-off, and 1–3 business days nationwide. See our Delivery Info page.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free on orders above KES 2,500. Below that, a location-based fee is shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept M-Pesa (Till 901173), cards and cash. Payments are processed securely and we do not store full card numbers.
Can I return a medicine?+
For safety, prescription and opened medicines cannot be returned. Damaged, expired or incorrect items reported within 48 hours are replaced or refunded. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Is my health information safe?+
Yes. Prescriptions are encrypted in transit and at rest and accessible only to authorised pharmacists, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
