1. Delivery areas
- Kitengela & Nairobi metro: same-day delivery for orders placed before cut-off.
- Nationwide: shipping across Kenya via trusted couriers (1–3 business days).
2. Delivery fees
- Free delivery on orders above KES 2,500.
- Below the threshold, a fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Timelines
Same-day delivery applies to in-stock items ordered before the daily cut-off within our delivery zones. Prescription orders are dispatched only after pharmacist verification.
4. Tracking
You will receive order updates by SMS/WhatsApp and can track your order from your account or the order confirmation link.
5. Discreet packaging
All orders are packed discreetly to protect your privacy.
6. Cold-chain items
Temperature-sensitive medicines are delivered using appropriate cold-chain handling to preserve safety and efficacy.
