1. About us

MOTRIZ DRUG STORE is a pharmacy licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), Premises Licence No. BU202600428, operating under Superintendent Pharmacist Christine Irungu.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase medicines. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines (POM) are dispensed only after a valid prescription is uploaded and verified by our pharmacist. We may decline or refer any order where clinical safety, authenticity or legality cannot be confirmed.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Acceptance of your order occurs when we confirm dispatch.

5. Payments

We accept M-Pesa (Till 901173) and other displayed methods. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are described in our Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Because medicines are sensitive products, returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Medical disclaimer

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
